The fine print
Terms
Plain-English terms for shopping at lool.my.
Made to order
Every item is 3D printed after you order. Small differences in layer texture and colour shade between prints are normal and part of the charm.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include everything except shipping, which is shown at checkout. Payment is by FPX online banking through Billplz. An order is confirmed only once payment is received.
Print and delivery times
Print times shown are estimates in working days. We will tell you if an order is going to take longer than expected.
Cancellations and returns
See our returns page. In short: faulty or wrong items are reprinted or refunded; change of mind cannot be accepted once printing has started.
Safety
Our prints are not toys for children under 3. Small parts can be a choking hazard. Fidget products are for hands, not mouths.
Custom orders
For custom work you confirm you have the right to use any name, logo or design you send us. We may decline designs we are not comfortable printing.
