Returns
Every print is made just for you, so we cannot take back items for a change of mind. If something is wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged or faulty
If your print arrives broken, warped or missing a part, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will reprint it or refund it, your choice. No need to post it back.
Not what you ordered
Wrong colour or wrong option? Send us a photo and your order number and we will reprint the correct one at no cost.
Change of mind
Because each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once printing has started. If you need to change or cancel, WhatsApp us as soon as possible and we will help if printing has not begun.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the bank account you paid from through Billplz, usually within 5 working days.
