Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to print and deliver your order.
What we collect
- Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you check out.
- Your order details and any note you leave us.
- If you tick "Remember my details on this device", a random token is stored in a cookie on that device so we can prefill the form next time. We never store card or bank details.
How we use it
- To print, pack, deliver and support your order.
- To send order emails (confirmation and shipping updates).
- We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
Payment
Payments are handled by Billplz. Your bank login and payment details go directly to Billplz and your bank; we only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded.
Cookies
We use a session cookie for your cart and, if you choose, a "remember my details" cookie. No advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can remove saved details from your device at checkout using "Forget them". To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email hello@lool.my.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over HTTPS and saved-detail tokens are stored hashed. We keep order records as required for accounting.
